Our Commitment

Swire Coca-Cola is committed to the highest standards of ethics and responsible corporate behaviour in the course of carrying out its business. Input from our staff is important for maintaining and improving these standards.

We have set up this hotline in conjunction with EthicsPoint, an independent third-party provider, to enable all staff to raise concerns in a safe and anonymous environment.

Staff are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in our Code of Conduct, as well as asking for guidance related to policies and procedures, and providing positive suggestions and stories.

An impartial or prompt investigation will be held upon receiving a report. Information received will be used only for the purpose of investigating and resolving the concern raised.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
